We want to put an end to agency fatigue, and we lean on our freelancer partners to help ensure that we continue to bring new ideas and tests to the table. Once approved, you’ll officially be entered in our freelancer pool. From there, a second interview will be scheduled to assess your fit for a specific client project (this might not happen right away).
Some roles are immediate, some are not. The AMP program is a proactive initiative to build our network so that we can quickly call upon talent when the need arises.

Freelancers are paid on either a recurring or per-project retainer fee. We do not do hourly billing.
It depends on the role. We can discuss more during the application process, but please let us know if you are not comfortable communicating with clients.
